These Terms and Conditions govern your use of RERAExam.com ("Platform"), operated by JebuK Properties, Nashik, Karnataka, India. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

RERAExam is for individuals preparing for the Karnataka RERA Real Estate Agent Certification Examination. You must be 18 or older. By registering, you confirm your information is accurate.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Access is provided on a subscription basis at the price shown at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed via Razorpay
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We may update pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers

3. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if a significant portion of content has been accessed.

4. Free Access

A free daily challenge of 10 questions is available without payment. Free access does not include full mock exams, drills, mastery tracking, or progress analytics.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account credentials
• Do not copy or distribute question bank content
• Do not use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform
• Do not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Content and Accuracy

Our content is based on the RERA Act 2016, Karnataka RERA Rules, and official guidelines. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is error-free or current. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Disclaimer

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Karnataka.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify active subscribers of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
